Dear Residents,

Please be advised that asphalt sealing will be taking place in our community in two phases. Please refer to the map below for the color-coded phase areas.

🟣 Phase 1 (Purple Area)

Scheduled: Monday, June 1st & Tuesday, June 2nd
Buildings: C, D, E, H, I, and J

On Monday, June 1st at 7:00 am, asphalt sealing will begin in Phase 1. Striping will follow the next day. 

🟢 Phase 2 (Green Area)

Scheduled: Thursday, June 4th & Friday, June 5th
Buildings: A, B, F, G, and K

On Thursday, June 4th at 7:00 am, asphalt sealing will begin in Phase 2. Striping will follow the next day. 

 Important – Parking & Access Requirements:

• ALL vehicles must be removed from common area parking within the active phase zone before work begins at 7:00 am on each scheduled day.
• Any vehicles remaining in the affected areas will be towed at the owner’s expense.
• If you need to access your garage or driveway during the 24-hour period following the start of work, you must do so before 7:00 am on the scheduled day.
• You may park in the opposite phase area on your scheduled work day (Phase 1 residents may park in the Phase 2 area on June 1st–2nd, and Phase 2 residents may park in the Phase 1 area on June 4th–5th).

Please add these dates to your calendar. If you have renters, we kindly ask that you share this notice with them as soon as possible so they can make the necessary arrangements.
