Horizon Heights Residents,

We would like to inform you that the breezeways will be pressure-washed beginning Monday, April 20 through Tuesday, April 21.

To help ensure the work is completed efficiently, please review the following important details:

• Access to the exterior water spigots for first-floor units (101 and 102) must be provided to the work crew. Access will be needed via the railings from the outside.
• All personal items—including plants, mats, shoes, and other decorative or welcoming fixtures—must be removed from the breezeway areas on all three floors prior to the start of work.
• Please note that ceilings, walls, and doors will not be pressure-washed. Front doors and side entry garage doors remain the responsibility of individual unit owners.
• We also encourage you to share this information with your neighbors to ensure everyone is aware and prepared.
