Winter Parking Reminder: City Snow Removal Enforcement

We would like to share an important winter parking reminder.
If snowfall exceeds 2 inches, vehicles parked on the odd side of Birkin Wood, Berry Creek, or any other city-owned street may be towed by the city to allow for snow removal. Please note that this towing would be enforced by the city—not the HOA’s towing company.
The Association did request a parking waiver from the city on behalf of our community; however, the request was declined.
To avoid towing, fines, or inconvenience, we strongly encourage residents to plan accordingly and avoid parking on city streets during snow.
